做到反映快捷、办理迅速、有问必答,最大限度地满足客户的需要。具体做法,一般疑问24小时内一定答复。重大疑问48小时内,一定答复。需要到场进行服务的,省内24小时以内必须到达,省外服务的不超过五个工作日必须到达。

first-grade manager, marketing company is the second-grade
one and the third one will be each branch of the marketing
company in different places in the country, forming a circulating
system of the customers—after-sale service network—customers.
On any complaint come from customers about quality of our
products, we will meet the customers, request to the high
limit by quick reaction, rapid handling, answering what
has been asked, and we will follow the way that surely making
reply to the customer in 24hours for common problems, in
48hours for important problems, in the case that the service
has to been made in the site, we will certainly arrive there
within 24hours if the place is located in Yunnan Province,
and within not more than five days when the site is out
of Yunnan.
